If you will have a co-applicant or roommate, please be prepared with their email address so that they may also complete their application. The application fee is $53/per person and is non-refundable. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee that your application will be accepted. The combined total monthly income required for approval is two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rental rate.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Under California law, it is illegal for an owner or manager to discriminate based on source of income. If you wish to submit an application with a government subsidy, you will only be required to provide evidence of your ability to pay the tenant-paid portion of the rent, and you are not required to consent to a credit report.
